EPA slammed for mandating use of nonexistent biofuels

“What do you mean we can’t mandate the use of something that doesn’t even exist? We are the government! We can do anything we want!”

Well, not so much…

Another 15 or 20 rulings like this and we might just be on a roll….

A federal court delivered a serious blow to the Environmental Protection Agency’s renewable fuel agenda, ruling that the agency exceeded its authority by mandating refiners use cellulosic biofuels, which isn’t commercially available.

    I remember when this EPA thing first came out. Leave it to the Dems to defy laws and common sense at every opportunity.
